We are a Qatari based Community Management and Consultancy Company, located here in Doha, State of Qatar, the region one and only Community Management service provider to serve various communities, co-owners association, financial and facilities management services to maintain the community/properties to the highest level of Standards. Furthermore, we recently obtained CAI business partner membership to follow the international best practice standards to apply within our region. We provide a full range of auditing services that go further than the norm Building Condition Audit, Reserve Fund Study, Reinstatement Audits, Facilities management Audits etc. Mullak’s hybrid, management-led service delivery model provides our clients with a single point of contact, standardization of service levels, and best in class service delivery, along with portfolio wide management information. Our mission is “we bring life to your building”; therefore, we are innovative in everything we do, and believe that there is no project that is too big or small and no problem that is beyond resolution. We have built an agile and fast-paced business culture, one that supports our dedication to our clients, bringing them customized solutions and certainty of delivery.
